Tait Peter Guthrie (b. 1831-04-28 / d. 1901-07-04)
Peter Guthrie Tait FRSE was a Scottish mathematical physicist and early pioneer in thermodynamics. He is best known for the mathematical physics textbook Treatise on Natural Philosophy, which he co-wrote with Kelvin, and his early investigations into knot theory. His work on knot theory contributed to the eventual formation of topology as a mathematical discipline. His name is known in graph theory mainly for Tait's conjecture. He is also one of the namesakes of the Tait-Kneser theorem on osculating circles.

Simon Fieschi was a French webmaster and writer. He was wounded in the 2015 shooting at the Charlie Hebdo headquarters in Paris and left with severe injuries. On 7 January 2015, he was the first staff member injured in the shooting. A bullet from a Kalashnikov rifle perforated his lung and damaged his spinal cord. He was evacuated to hospital and spent a week in an induced coma. Having lost the use of his legs and hands, he remained in hospital for eight months, learning eventually to walk with the aid of crutches but never regaining full use of his fingers. Fieschi died in his hotel room in Paris, at the age of 40. An investigation was opened to determine the cause of death. He notably received tributes from President of France Emmanuel Macron, former president François Hollande, the cartoonist Coco, and the writer Yannick Haenel

Jacques Perrin (born Jacques André Simonet) was a French actor and filmmaker. He was occasionally credited as Jacques Simonet. Perrin was born in Paris. His father, Alexandre Simonet, was a theatre director and his mother, Marie Perrin, was an actress. He is also the nephew of the actor Antoine Balpêtré. Perrin was trained as an actor at the Conservatoire National Supérieur d'Art Dramatique. He married Valentine Perrin in 1995. He had three sons, Mathieu (born 1975), Maxence (born 1995), and Lancelot, born 2000. The two eldest are actors.

When her father came back, Pacôme often found herself defending her mother against her father's violence. Maria began her higher education at Cours Simon in 1941, when she was 18. She was classmates with Michèle Morgan, Danièle Delorme, and her future spouse, Maurice Ronet. Pacôme married Ronet in 1950. She would set aside her career until their divorce in 1956. Maria Pacôme died in Ballainvilliers, France following a tumor near the amygdala.

Over the next few years, Simon wrote and produced for Cheers, It's Garry Shandling's Show and other programs, as well as writing the 1991 film The Super. In 1989, Simon developed the animated sitcom The Simpsons with Matt Groening and James L. Brooks. Simon was diagnosed with terminal colorectal cancer in 2012 and given only three to six months to live.

Simoncelli was involved in a fatal accident with Colin Edwards and Valentino Rossi during the 2011 Malaysian GP at the Sepang International Circuit. In fourth position during lap two Simoncelli's bike veered across the track and straight into the path of Edwards and Rossi. Edwards also fell off but was unhurt, but Simoncelli lay still on the track after the crash, his helmet having come off during the incident. The race was immediately red-flagged. He was taken by ambulance to the circuit's medical centre, but at 16:56 local time it was announced he had died from his injuries.

He was an English screenwriter, film director, film producer and make-up artist. He was the widower of American actress Brittany Murphy. Monjack was found dead in his house in Hollywood, according to the Los Angeles County coroner's office. Law enforcement sources say the Los Angeles Fire Department was called there for a medical emergency after Murphy's mother, Sharon, found Monjack unconscious in the master bedroom around 9:20 pm, and then called 911. Paramedics arrived; Monjack was pronounced dead at 9:45 pm after suffering a fatal myocardial infarction. The coroner's report found the cause of Monjack's death to be acute pneumonia and severe anemia, similar to the causes attributed to his wife's death five months earlier in the same house. He was buried at the Forest Lawn cemetery in the Hollywood Hills next to Murphy.
