Overton Joseph Paul (b. 1960-01-04 / d. 2003-06-30)
He was a senior vice president of the Mackinac Center for Public Policy. He held a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Juris Doctor degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Overton is known for conceiving of the idea now known as the Overton window, the range of policies politically acceptable to the mainstream at a given time. He died at age 43 from injuries suffered in a crash while piloting an ultralight aircraft, soon after taking off from the Tuscola Area Airport near Caro, Michigan. Overton had just married a few weeks before the accident.

Gérard Filippelli was a members of Les Charlots, known as The Crazy Boys in the English-speaking world. It was a group of French musicians, singers comedians and film actors, who were popular in the 1960s, 1970s, and early 1980s. In 1964 in Chateauroux, he bought an amp for 500 francs at the time from an American soldier. In 1966, he was the curtain opener at the REX cinema, Jean Sarrus and Gérard Rinaldi met him and offered to give them a hand to act as sound manager in their group. He was one of the members of the group Les Problèmes on the guitar solo and then a member of the Charlots team. In 1970, his wife died in a car accident.

Maurice Bidermann, real name Maurice Zylberberg, was a French industrialist in the textile business, descended from Polish Jews. He was a Knight of the French National Order of Merit in 1991. He was a prolific American serial killer and orderly who claimed to have murdered 87 people, though official estimates are between 37 and 57 victims. He was able to accomplish this during his time as an orderly. Harvey said he started out killing to "ease the pain" of patients by smothering them with their pillows. He mostly killed cardiac patients. As time progressed, he began to enjoy it more and more and became a self-described "angel of death". Harvey was serving 28 life sentences at the Toledo Correctional Institution in Toledo, Ohio, having pleaded guilty to murder charges to avoid the death penalty. On March 28, 2017, authorities reported that Harvey had been found in his cell severely beaten. He died on March 30, 2017. On May 3, 2019, fellow inmate James Elliott was charged with aggravated murder and other charges related to the death of Donald Harvey.

Lucien Bianchi, born Luciano Bianchi, was an Italian-Belgian racing driver who raced for the Cooper, ENB, UDT Laystall and Scuderia Centro Sud teams in Formula One. He entered a total of 19 Formula One World Championship races, scoring six points and had a best finish of third at the 1968 Monaco Grand Prix. He died in a testing crash in preparation for the 1969 24 Hours of Le Mans. His grandnephew, Jules Bianchi, who made his Formula One debut with the Marussia team for the 2013 season competing under the French flag, also died as a result of injuries sustained in a racing accident.
