Overton Joseph Paul (b. 1960-01-04 / d. 2003-06-30)

He was a senior vice president of the Mackinac Center for Public Policy. He held a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Juris Doctor degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Overton is known for conceiving of the idea now known as the Overton window, the range of policies politically acceptable to the mainstream at a given time. He died at age 43 from injuries suffered in a crash while piloting an ultralight aircraft, soon after taking off from the Tuscola Area Airport near Caro, Michigan. Overton had just married a few weeks before the accident.

Edmund Patrick Jordan was an Irish motorsport executive, broadcaster, racing driver and businessman. From 1991 to 2005, Jordan served as founder and team principal of Jordan in Formula One. In December 2024, Jordan announced that he had been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate and bladder cancer earlier in the year. He died peacefully at his home in Cape Town at the age of 76.

She was an American entertainer who worked as a stage assistant to magician Harry Houdini from 1925-26. She left the act two months prior to his death on October 31, 1926. She appears in the 2005 television documentary, Houdini: Unlocking the Mystery. She was the author of two novels loosely based on her life: Diary Without Dates and Dancing on a Dime, the latter of which was made into a feature film in 1940 by Universal Studios, as well as the booklet Touring with Houdini, published in 2003.

Lawrence Michael Andrew Goodliffe was an English actor known for playing suave roles such as doctors, lawyers and army officers. He was also sometimes cast in working class parts. Suffering from depression, Goodliffe had a breakdown in 1976 during the period that he was rehearsing for a revival of Equus. He committed suicide a few days later by leaping from a hospital fire escape while a patient at the Atkinson Morley Hospital in Wimbledon.

He studied at ENS. Then, he became a member of the croix-de-feu. He was a member of the governement of Vichy from 1941 through 1942, where he created the sections speciales, ancestor of the CRS.
After the murder of a German officer in Paris in 1941, he made and communicated to the Germans a list of 50 hostages to be executed in reprisals. Among them was Guy Moquet.
Pucheu joined the allied army in Africa in november, 1942, evidently to try to save his life.
He was arrested in Alger, on the request of gaullist and communist people. He was sentenced to death by a military court.
He was executed by a firing squad. General de Gaulle refused to give him mercy.
