Einstein Albert (b. 1879-04-14 / d. 1955-04-18)

He died at 1:15 AM in Princeton hospital in Princeton, New Jersey, on April 18, 1955 at the age of 76 from internal bleeding, which was caused by the rupture of an aortic aneurism, leaving the Generalized Theory of Gravitation unsolved.
An autopsy was performed on Einstein's barin. One found nothing unusual with his brain, but in 1999 further analysis by a team at McMaster University revealed that his parietal operculum region was missing and, to compensate, his inferior parietal lobe was 15% wider than normal. The inferior parietal region is responsible for mathematical thought, visuospatial cognition, and imagery of movement. Einstein's brain also contained 73% more glial cells than the average brain.

Honeycutt
Tyler Deon. 2018-07-07

27

Born 1990-07-15. Domain:Sport. Cause of death:Suicide

Tyler Deon Honeycutt was an American professional basketball player. He played college basketball for the UCLA Bruins, where he earned first-team all-conference honors in the Pac-10 (known now as the Pac-12) as a sophomore in 2011. Honeycutt was selected by the Sacramento Kings in the second round of the 2011 NBA draft. He played with the Kings for two seasons and in 2013 moved to Europe, where he played for EuroLeague clubs Khimki and Anadolu Efes. He committed suicide at age 27 following a shootout with police. On the afternoon of July 6, 2018, Honeycutt's mother called 911 after he had been acting erratically. She said that he had been using nitrous oxide "for six months overseas and I think it scrambled his brain." When police arrived they found that he had barricaded the entrance to his Sherman Oaks home. He fired a shot that hit a wall next to an officer, who fired back at Honeycutt. After several hours, LAPD SWAT entered the home early the next morning, and found Honeycutt dead. Bort Escoto, who coached Honeycutt for four years at Sylmar High School, said that "he was a great kid to be around. But he was having some problems", because in Russia he didn't know the language and the surroundings, concluding that "he was basically having a hard time with the adjustment. I just kept telling him he needed to get out and meet people". An autopsy determined that he committed suicide by a gunshot wound to the head.

Odell

Born 1920-03-19. Domain:Business. Cause of death:Age

Anne Odell had a habit of taking spiders to school in a matchbox, which not all her classmates cared for. One day in 1952, her father decided to give her something different, and less scary, to take in her Norvic Match Co box, and fashioned a tiny model of a road-roller, crafted in brass and painted red and green. Anne's schoolmates must have gasped in wonder as she slid it open. Jack Odell, her father, was then on the cusp of becoming one of the greatest toymakers Britain had ever known.

Barrett
Roger (alias: Syd Barrett). 2006-07-07

60

Born 1946-01-06. Domain:Music. Cause of death:cancer (pancreas)

There has been much speculation concerning the psychological well-being of Syd Barrett. Many believe he suffered from schizophrenia, although he didn't exactly fit the typical profile for that condition. A diagnosis of bipolar disorder is also possible, most likely Bipolar I. In addition there have been many ongoing speculations that Syd Barrett suffered from Asperger syndrome (a mild form of Autism)
David Gilmour proposed, in an interview with the National Post's John Geiger, that the stroboscopic lights used in their shows combined with the drugs could have had a seriously detrimental effect on Barrett's mental health if he was a photo-epileptic who suffered partial seizures. When partial seizures occur in the temporal lobes patients are often misdiagnosed with schizophrenia or psychosis.
His sister denied he was a recluse or that he was vague about his past: "Roger may have been a bit selfish — or rather self-absorbed — but when people called him a recluse they were really only projecting their own disappointment. He knew what they wanted but he wasn’t willing to give it to them." Barrett, she said, took up photography, and sometimes they went to the seaside together. "Quite often he took the train on his own to London to look at the major art collections — and he loved flowers. He made regular trips to the Botanic Gardens and to the dahlias at Anglesey Abbey, near Lode. But of course, his passion was his painting", she said.

Ockelman
Constance (alias: Veronica Lake). 1973-07-07

50

Born 1922-11-14. Domain:Performing. Cause of death:alcohol, other drugs

She had a troubled childhood and was allegedly diagnosed as a paranoid schizophrenic during her teenage years, although no records exist to verify this diagnosis.
I Married a Witch was a hit. Co-star Fredric March, probably annoyed by her need for multiple takes for many of their scenes together, started calling the movie "I married a bitch" and refused to talk about the experience or work with her again.
After breaking her ankle in 1959, Lake was unable to continue working as an actress, and she drifted between cheap hotels in Brooklyn and New York City and was arrested several times for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
Her physical and mental health declined steadily and by the late 1960s Lake was in Hollywood, Florida, apparently immobilized by paranoia (which included claims she was being stalked by the FBI).
Lake was 50 when she died of hepatitis and acute renal failure (complications of her alcoholism) near Burlington, Vermont. Her ashes were scattered off the Virgin Islands.

Horkheimer
Max. 1973-07-07

78

Born 1895-02-14. Domain:Philosophy. Cause of death:Age

Max Horkheimer was a German philosopher and sociologist who was famous for his work in critical theory as a member of the 'Frankfurt School' of social research. Horkheimer addressed authoritarianism, militarism, economic disruption, environmental crisis, and the poverty of mass culture using the philosophy of history as a framework. This became the foundation of critical theory. His most important works include Eclipse of Reason (1947), Between Philosophy and Social Science (1930–1938) and, in collaboration with Theodor Adorno, Dialectic of Enlightenment (1947). Through the Frankfurt School, Horkheimer planned, supported and made other significant works possible. He remained an important figure until his death in Nuremberg in 1973. Max Horkheimer with the help of Theodor Adorno, Herbert Marcuse, Walter Benjamin, Leo Lowenthal, Otto Kirchheimer, Frederick Pollock and Neumann developed "Critical Theory". According to Larry Ray "Critical Theory" has "become one of the most influential social theories of the twentieth century".

Rothschild
Louis Georges (alias: Georges Mandel). 1944-07-07

59

Born 1885-06-05. Domain:Politics. Cause of death:Murder

He was the son of a tailor (not related to the Rothschild banking dynasty).
On 8 August, 1940, Mandel was arrested in Morocco by General Charles Nogues, on the orders of Laval (who had become a Vichy leader), and then conveyed to the Château de Chazeron, where Reynaud, Edouard Daladier and General Maurice Gamelin were also being held prisoner. Churchill, who described Mandel as "the first resister" (and would arguably have preferred him over Charles De Gaulle to lead the Free French Forces), tried unsuccessfully to arrange his rescue. All four were sentenced to life imprisonment by Marshall Pétain on November 7, 1941, following trials in Riom.
Mandel and Reynaud were given over to the Gestapo after the occupation of the Vichy territory in November 1942. He was deported first to Oranienburg then to Buchenwald, where he was held with Léon Blum. Mandel was returned to Paris on July 4, 1944 as a hostage, and placed in the custody of Joseph Darnand's Milice. Three days later he was taken to the Forest of Fontainbleau - where he was murdered in retaliation for the assassination of the Vichy Minister of Propaganda, Philippe Henriot, by members of the Maquis.

Doyle
Arthur Conan. 1930-07-07

71

Born 1859-05-22. Domain:Writing. Cause of death:Heart attack

After the death of his wife Louisa in 1906, and the deaths of his son Kingsley, his brother, his two brothers-in-law, and his two nephews in World War I, Conan Doyle sank into depression. He found solace supporting Spiritualism and its alleged scientific proof of existence beyond the grave.
One of the odder aspects of this period of his life was his book, The Coming of the Fairies (1921). He was apparently totally convinced of the veracity of the Cottingley fairy photographs, which he reproduced in the book, together with theories about the nature and existence of fairies and spirits.
Conan Doyle was found clutching his chest in the family garden. He soon died of his heart attack, aged 71, and is buried in the Church Yard at Minstead in the New Forest, Hampshire, England. His last words were directed toward his wife: "You are wonderful."
