Young Robert George (b. 1907-02-22 / d. 1998-07-21)
Despite the fact that he portrayed happy, well-adjusted characters, Young suffered from depression and alcoholism, which contributed to his suicide attempt in 1991. Afterwards he spoke candidly about his problems in an effort to encourage people to seek help with their own. The Robert Young Center for Community Mental Health, an affiliate of Trinity Regional Health System, located in Rock Island, Illinois, is a comprehensive community mental health center. It is named after Young for his work with passage of the 708 Illinois Tax Referendum.
Young died at his home in Westlake Village, California at 91 from respiratory failure. He was interred at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery, in Glendale, California.

“Ed” Ross was an American tintype photographer and lawyer. His photography work spanned 27 years. His last six years were devoted exclusively to wet-plate photography. His focus as an artist was primarily on nude portraits and landscape photography. Ross was killed in a motorcycle accident on a mountain road near Yosemite National Park, while on his way to photograph one of his favorite subjects, the Half Dome in Yosemite Valley.

Hennessy died in a London hospice, aged 62. He was reported to have died from mesothelioma, which has been attributed to his younger years spent working on building sites in London

Following an illness, Mathieu Grossot passed away at the age of 34.
Mathieu joined the motor sports department of Eurosport in 2000. His great professional qualities and his unbridled passion for these sports propelled him to head of service from January 2003 to January 2004. From there he moved to France's leading television station TF1 to work on their weekly motor sports programme Auto-Moto and on the channel's coverage of Formula One.

In 1985, she appeared in A Nightmare on Elm Street 2: Freddy's Revenge and in 1986, she took a role as Laura Dern's mother in David Lynch's Blue Velvet. Lange's year of birth is often reported as 1931, but the correct year is 1933. A possible source of this error is the Reader's Digest Almanac and Yearbook. Lange died at St. John's Hospital in Santa Monica, California, as a result of an ischemic colitis infection at the age of 70.

Best known by his stage name Joey Ramone, he was an American musician and singer-songwriter, best known as the lead vocalist of the punk rock band the Ramones. Joey Ramone's image, voice, and tenure as frontman of the Ramones made him a countercultural icon. Joey Ramone died of lymphoma at New York-Presbyterian Hospital after a seven-year battle, a month before he would have turned 50.

Grossouvre allegedly committed suicide, although some, such as Captain Paul Barril, claimed that he had been murdered. He was discovered dead, two bullets in his head, in his office at the Elysée — several hours after the assassination of Rwandan president Juvénal Habyarimana. Barril, who worked in Rwanda, presented himself in his book Guerres secrètes à l’Élysée (Secret Wars in the Elysée) as an "intime" of Grossouvre. The "hurt friend" of Mitterrand according to Le Monde, Grossouvre voluntarily gave evidence to a judge investigating the case of Roger-Patrice Pelat, a businessman who reportedly financed many of Mitterrand's political campaigns and who was facing charges of insider trading when he died of natural causes in 1989.

Shortly after completing his role in Merrill's Marauders in 1961, he injured his back while playing baseball with U.S. Army Special Forces soldiers who served as extras in the movie. Chandler entered a Culver City hospital and had surgery for a spinal disc herniation on May 13, 1961. There were severe complications; an artery was damaged and Chandler hemorrhaged. In a seven and a half hour emergency operation over and above the original surgery, he was given 55 pints of blood. Another operation followed, date unknown, where he received an additional 20 pints of blood. He died. His death was deemed malpractice and resulted in a large lawsuit and settlement for his children (forgotten scalpel).
Tony Curtis and Gerald Mohr were among the pallbearers at Chandler's funeral.

In 1918, he was elected general secretary of the Section française de l'Internationale ouvrière (SFIO) socialist party. Frossard took a trip to Bolshevist Russia in 1920 and became a supporter of Leninism, campaigning for his party to join the Comintern. The Leninists inside the PSU led to the party's split at the December 25 Congress of Tours. Frossard became general secretary of the new French Communist Party (PCF), while Léon Blum led the SFIO. Nonetheless, Frossard soon became disenchanted with the PCF's rejection of pluralism - he resigned on January 1, 1923, and joined the SFIO himself.
Frossard was made Minister of Public Works and Transmissions in the First Government of Philippe Pétain, created after the Battle of France and the beginning of the Nazi German occupation of France. After the signing of the armistice, he refused to be part of any Vichy France executive, but worked as a journalist. Suspicion of collaboration with the enemy led to an enquiry into his activities at the end of World War II, but his name was soon cleared.

When he returned to Paris the second time, the Gestapo had gotten his name from an arrested resistance member (René Hardy) and kept him under surveillance. He escaped arrest many times. In February 1944 he tried to return to Britain by boat but the vessel was shipwrecked and the Germans captured him. Initially the Gestapo did not recognize him without papers but he was eventually taken to the Gestapo HQ on Avenue Foch in Paris. Subjected to heavy torture and afraid that he would implicate others, he jumped from a lavatory window on the HQ's sixth floor on March 22, 1944, and died later that evening in a Paris hospital.
